About me

I’m Sage. My pronouns are she/they. I didn’t grow up watching science fiction. In fact, I didn’t realize I even liked science fiction until I reached adulthood! I’ve obviously been aware of Star Trek, but I’ve been avoiding actually watching due to the sheer size of the franchise.

She Treks

The goal of She Treks is to document my first time watching Star Trek. If I’m blogging for an audience (no matter how small), I’ll feel less intimidated by the size of the franchise and keep going.

Maybe you’re new to the franchise like me. Maybe you’re a seasoned fan looking for a fresh perspective on this massive franchise. Either way, you are welcome here and I look forward to including you in my journey.

Star Trek watch order

I plan on watching the franchise based on release date, starting with The Original Series.

The posts here on She Treks will be primarily episode reviews in the beginning. Once I’ve gained more experience and insight, I hope to branch out to other topics.
